Dr. Jerson John L. Trocio, RPsy, CSIOP

Founder and Lead Facilitator

Dr. Jerson John L. Trocio is a Licensed Psychologist and a Certified Specialist in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. He finished a Doctor of Philosophy major in Clinical Psychology at Ateneo de Davao University. In the same institution, he completed his master's degree taking up a Master of Science in Psychology major in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.

His work experience includes working in both industry and academe. In the industry, he worked as Human Resources Personnel, Store Manager, and Branch Manager. His academic work experience started as the Head of the BS Psychology Program of Davao Doctors College Inc. His subsequent educational experience was at the Philippine Women's College of Davao and Samal Island City College, where he led the opening of the BS Psychology Program as Program Head.

More so, he handles subjects, lectures, and speaking engagements on diverse psychology topics. These include Industrial-Organizational subjects, board exam review, Human Behavior in Organization lectures, a speaker on customer service satisfaction, employee stress debriefing, clinical assessment of annulment and psychological condition, and clinical psychotherapy practice. He is a part-time lecturer at the University of Mindanao with a Master of Science in Psychology. Currently, he works as the Program chairperson at Holy Cross of Davao College and the founder of JJT Psychological Training Services.

A newly registered psychometrician with strong skills in report preparation, client relations, and employee management. She brings hands-on experience in recruitment, managing employee records, conducting interviews, and providing comprehensive administrative support within HR operations. Eager to apply my expertise in psychological testing and contribute to optimizing HR functions, She is dedicated to driving organizational success through data-driven insights and effective human resource practices. Committed to ongoing professional development, I thrive in fast-paced, diverse environments and am motivated to continuously grow and excel in my field.
